About Carol Berry

Carol is experienced, determined, and loves to delight her clients. Licensed for 45+ years, Carol has an exceptionally long and successful career assisting the 55+ clientele in finding their new home & lifestyle. Previously in Palm Desert, she now specializes in Orange County for The Lynch Group and is extremely passionate about meeting the unique needs of seniors in specialized communities.

 

Before joining The Lynch Group, Carol owned a real estate service company in Newport Beach and served in executive management roles with major real estate companies engineering and executing programs for large residential subdivisions, luxury hi-rises, office complexes, and mixed-use developments throughout Southern California and Naples, Florida.

 

Carol also worked as VP of Sales & Marketing for Kowa Busson, Tokyo with an office in Hawaii & Paris where she oversaw their condominium sales on the Big Island of Hawaii & the conversion of flats in Paris, France.

 

Carol loves interior design and golf, and as a member of the Newport Beach, Yacht Club enjoys boating and dancing, spending time with her son, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren. She is an impressive overachiever holding a CA Broker’s License, Florida Real Estate license, a degree in business, and many professional awards.
